Just hope Brenda breaks out of his denial on the zonal marking stuff ... might work when you have spring heeled, 6ft plus, young athletes like Fofana and James Justin in the side, but it's ****ing useless when you have an ageing Jonny Evans and a unit the size of Daniel Amartey ... <doh>

Zonal marking ffs. We had about the best record in the league last season for defending set pieces, we’ve now gone to full zonal and we’ve got one of the worst. The half and half we did last season really worked well.

Tbh I have been fairly ready to go down since wolves which was before the takeover, so I won't be that bothered this time.

I mean obviously I'd prefer to stay up, but we'll be back one day with a decent amount of ammo to stay up.

Unless they can bag some surprise results between now & Christmas (look at their fixture list) then they’ll be as good as buried before the window opens.

It's a bit like the Emperor's New Clothes for me ... the more modern, more active 'coach' managers can get hung up on theoretical preference and lose sight of who they have available to execute the theory ...

No surprise to me how Ranieri has impacted Watford so well ... adapts his tactics to get the best out of the personnel he has available ... no way would Big Wes and Hoooooooth have been marking a ****ing 'space' ... take the opposition's 2 most potent aerial threats and nullify 'em ... ****ing simple stuff ...

I said you needed 7/8 from the next 4 before yesterday’s game to give yourselves a fighting chance. I’ve not changed my mind. A massive few weeks for your lads.

Should that have been a penalty? I know I'm a Leeds fan but.... I mean.... that looked like it was going in until Kane stuck his hand out.... wasn't exactly clamped to his side was it?

The ball is fired at him, but it hits his hand and prevents the shot on target that looked like it was going in.
