Liverpool were there for the taking & United just didn’t get their tactics right imo.
They were facing a midfield 3 of Thiago, the Alpine Messi & Wijnaldum, only one of whom is decent in the challenge, yet instead of matching them up, they played that **** system that saw Pogba as a right winger & tried bypassing the midfield every time with a hoof over the top. Fernandes didn’t get into the game as a result and Pogba was predictably gash.
