Should be an easy Spurs win this one.

Question is...why do I get the feeling they might struggle but eventually go through on pens or something ?

Cos we are **** and have a long and glorious history of ****ing up?
Taking 3 matches to beat non league Altringham in 1979.
Losing at home to division 3 Burnley (now league 1) in 83 ish.
Losing to division 3 Port Vale in 88.
Losing to bottom divison Grimsby in 2005.
Losing to Championshipship Leicester 3-2 after being 2 up a couple of years later.
Losing to Colchester last season.

Am now off to cry in a dark room
*sigh*

We lost at home to a bunch of blokes who worked in a Vauxhall factory and only because that was a replay after drawing 0-0 away.

Should be game over now ?

We're playing Sunday/Tuesday so playing at 8pm on xmas day would have been much better.

Suppose you're right though...

Are Den and Angie still on Eastenders as I enjoyed that one year ?

Remember the days when all the fellas piled down the alehouse Christmas Day and chucked as many pints down as they could muster before wobbling back for Christmas lunch?

Does anyone still get away with that shizzle? (Not this year obvs)

Those 2 hours were the highlight of xmas <cheers>

As soon as my son is old enough (another 5 years) I shall introduce him to the notion of men being men and all will be right with the world.

I never got away with that one, ever. Fair play for getting that piece of wonderful misogyny past the better half.

I thought it died out for married men, with my auld fellas generation tbh. Leeds though.

We all used to pile up to this pub that we never went into any other day bar Christmas. Was a brilliant Christmas tradition.

Six pints of strong lager in a couple of hours than back down the road for dinner, then back out to the actual local, which didn't open lunch time but did in the night.

Mate of mine went to kip in his Mum and Dad's bed (never explained why) to sleep it off one year and pissed the bed.

Then sneaked out again.

Good Times.
