Unfortunate. Son’s was a yellow, but I think he went down and obviously clashed with Aurier which was just unlucky.

Yeah it wasn't a malicious tackle. Cynical maybe, as he was never getting there, but not malicious and certainly not a straight red imo.


Hope Gomes recovers from it. Awful injury.

The ref has reacted to the injury and it may have been Aurier that caused it. Terrible injury though the view of his foot is horrible.

I just think it’s a series of unfortunate events. Went down and obviously just went into Aurier.

He wouldn’t have been able to do anything about it.
