Such a clear penalty, they have to look into that.

It's happened before...us v Newcastle was equally stupid...this will remain unchanged all season as if they change the bar now there will be complaints.

City should have had one v us, we should have had one when Dele was thrown to the ground off the ball in the NLD...Villa have been ****ed over with a handball decision ... and I am sure there are more that I have forgotten.

VAR is ****...end of story.

You nearly got a like for that comment.

So, big game this aft with United hosting the RS.

All logic and form points towards an away win, but fortunately the game doesn’t always follow logic, I think this could well be a draw today, and I think I’ll back it @29/10.

Yeah, no idea how it will go draw might be the sensible option.

For me, the goal should have stood. No way was Evans getting there in time and the contact was both minimal and accidental.

Deolofeu incident was a definite penalty. So you have the two extremes. What constitutes a clear and obvious error?

Maybe one day they’ll tell us!?

We'll have to disagree ...Evans actually chests it first ... and his immediate reaction us wvidence enough that he thinks he has it ... as you do when you are playing

You Will agree that Watford were robbed of a stone wall penalty mind?

VAR should be helping but it isn't because the rules are not being followed.
There is human error and there is incompetence.
Human error is when a ref doesnt see an incident clearly or it happens too fast for him to have judged it correctly.
VAR was supposed to eliminate that, and it would, if it werent being left to spastics to view the footage.
Offsides are clear enough, but penalty calls.....jesus christ what ****ing ******s do they have viewing the footage?
I mean seriously, how hard is it?

If a player goes for the ball, makes no contact with the ball and takes out the player, its a penalty.
If the player has no intention of getting the ball and tackles purely with the intent of eliminating the attacking player, its a penalty and a yellow card.
If he does the above to prevent a clear goal scoring opportunity, or tackles the player in a way deemed dangerous, then its a penalty and a red card.

I dont get why, upon examination of the footage, professional referees are not able to make the correct calls. its truly ****ing baffling!

In short, its not VAR, its human incompetence.

Liverpool have their easiest away gsme of the season followed by their easiest home game of the season this week...so unfair on City :bandit:

Ole saying it won't take Utd 30 years to win their next title, nice little dig and he's probably right with the resources Utd have but it could be a while and that should give us some motivation.

Stupid thing to say imo ... don't need to take the piss out of your biggest rivals straight before playing them.
