Having just seen they replays, that’s a pen. Jones has caught Moura’s leg. Initially thought it was just a heavy shoulder barge.

Looked like Moura tried to cut across Jones tbh. He wasn't as strong or ugly as the Utd defender, so he lost out. No pen.

Jones’ front leg caught Moura, it’s a pen, mate. Initially I thought it weren’t but those replays clearly show Jones clipping him. Soft, won’t deny that but a pen nonetheless. Mind you, the way Kane’s playing, he’ll have probably missed it.
