A lot of this comes down to the ineptitude of the powers that be in football, they make these rules but never apply a penalty to them.
For example, you're caught spying
League match deducted 3 points
Cup game, play offs : kicked out of competition.

Not saying these should be the penalties but if they were, everyone would know where they stand.

Exactly mate, by far the biggest issue here and why you've got Boro going "omg the biggest cheats ever, expel them!" and Saints going "what for a mush with an iPhone? **** off".

Big discussion in the pub last night, about 30 blokes across several tables, all bar none, wondering when the **** something will happen.
I reckon when they can't win the league, they will be de deducted just enough points to keep them in a Champions league place.

Simplest thing in this case is promote Hull and tell the other two tough ****e you're in the Championship next season.

One because they lost anyway so STFU and the other because they have broken whatever rules they plan to now retrospectively put in place.

They haven't got time for a hearing boys, soz, you're not going up.

its just beyond a joke now

4th season now is it? since being charged with 130 odd and nothing

Ive lost count of how many other clubs have been punished in that time

Bent af and a big part of why im not a member of the long queue/cult to taste peps bum sweetcorn

Doubt this will happen as the EFL won't want to lose their showpiece fixture.
