I think give him the job until the end of the season and take it from there.

It's good to try before you buy, so to speak. It just goes to show that Waddock had put together a reasonable squad, just needed the Gaz factor to get the performance- passion, passion, passion. I hope that Waddock learns from this as I don't think that he is a bad manager, if he could get passion into his players he could do well!

Six reasons to give Gaz the job now.
    1) His commitment, passion and motivation to the club and every game
    2) The fans love him
    3) What he has achieved in the last two weeks turning around a disjointed, un-motivated squad - 3 wins on the bounce and a clean sheet today - the first in 20 games
    4) He is already on the books - so no additional salary for a new manager
    5) All round good bloke
    6) Great taste in music

    No brainer !!

...... and he has some good contacts. He also seems well liked and respected on TV and within the Football League (remember he represented the Football League at the remembrance day in France).

I just hope he doesn't spoil it by chewing gum with his mouth wide open

I would give the job to Gaz on a rolling year contract! I think he has kick started our season and no doubt we have a good chance of survival with him at the helm!

heart says give him the job. head says not just jet. I would give it to him for the rest of the season. And then look over all. its not uncomon for a team to bounce when the old manager leaves. my problem was we never did this with G.A. sorry if you all think im wrong. But I cant deny he is doing a superb job!!!
