    Didn't go to the Southport game as I attended a sleepy SJP on the Saturday for a quiet afternoon and another capitulation by the Toon.
    What the f*** was I thinking of, I should have went to watch The Heed and probably had a better time.
    A crowd of 2,000 not bad either.

    After todays games, Gateshead beat Macclesfield and remain in the play-offs.

    Final game is on Saturday coming against Cambridge at the International Stadium - kick off at 5.30.
    A draw is enough to earn the play-off place, and if Braintree cant beat Grimsby, a defeat would still see The Heed progress.

    C'mon The Heed for Tyneside.<ok>

    Lets give the Heed big support on Saturday to see them safely into the play offs. Your help could see them go into leaue football which would be great for the area.
