    My target is 20

It would be great to end the season with 100 points

This does seem achievable in my book, we do have some tough fixtures coming up though, but due to the fact we are on 80 already, theres a good chance of that.

If we keep the same form (i think its currently something like 2.25 points per game or something), then it shouldn't be a problem.

The next thing for me is to see how the team and Nigel handle themselves after they are promoted (as in the little (p) next to the name). I hope that our form doesn't dip because of it, and im sure that Nigel won't want it to either.

My betting is that when it is assured, Nigel, being as level headed as he is, will say the following.
"We'll celebrate tomorrow and then we'll be back training on Monday for the next game against <insert team here> and looking for the 3 points"

I think Readings record of 106 might prove too much but you never know

9 wins out of 11 needed to beat it

Is it too much to ask for the team tin win 22 out of 26 games?

Still have Reading, Wigan, Qpr and Burnley to play so it's a tough ask..

Would be awesome to get the record though.

As long as it's a decent game against Burnley - I heard it's on Sky and it'll be my only chance to see a game this season.... what are the odds we'll be officially promoted by then?

Its in 3 games, so its technically impossible, if we won both our games before, and QPR and Derby lost, we'd be 23 points ahead with 26 left to play for.

Obviously if we beat Burnley as well, and QPR and Derby lost later on in the day, then we would be promoted by 5pm.

Probably promoted by Brighton in mid April imo, hopefully before having to play Reading and QPR :)

Ah - shows I shouldn't be so lazy to check the games remaining myself. But thanks for doing the math for me :)

    Maybe.
Looking at Reading after the same number of games, they had 86 points. As for Newcastle when they reached 102 points, they had 76 points at this stage. Maybe 100 points isn't asking too much, but 107!

Reading had 83 points after 35 games, Newcastle had 73.

It's not beyond us to win another 9 games but frankly as long as we get another 14 points and the all important P, I'll be happy (that's an understatement)..
