12 months to the day - crikey, time flies. He was a 100% effort type player who scored his fair share of goals. Hope it will be respected by all.

Doesn't seem like a year since he passed away. One of the last gentlemen of the Premier League.

I have no doubt our fans will show the maximum respect tonight, 12 months on from the event that rocked football

Mixed feeling when someone kills themselves BUT thats because iv been amongst people who have being fighting to live since 2008 , some quite young as well and sad to say quite a number are no longer here so it's quite natural I don't have much sympathy towards Gary S even though that might be the wrong way to think ...

.. I can see your concerns Scarborogh but you have to be pretty desperate and unhappy to get to the stage that he must have been at ... and the greater tragedy in many ways is the effect it has on the close family and friends he leaves behind ...

You have to be in a pretty desperate situation to commit suicide, and even then you'd probably need some underlying depression to go through with it. I will never accept the idea that it's an "easy way out" or that people who commit suicide are cowards (I'm not saying this is what you think btw), I would suggest anyone who thinks this has never been close to understanding how people in that situation feel.

I'm sure the Leicester faithful will give Speedy the respect he deserves. <ok>

Yup I sure don't understand depression , must be horrible ..

Wasn't having a go at Gary S ..Might have sounded like I was maybe ..infact I guess it did ...

Guess it makes it more sad what he did when people so long to live but it doesn't work out .

I sure have been lucky ..

Hope you had a good night despite the score Danger Fox

I thought you would get a point tonight at least but it's never easy who ever your playing .

I dare say you will beat Derby and we have a decent chance of beating Forest at the weekend .

Let's hope Cardiff lose a few games soon.

I thought at the start of the season Cardiff looked the stand out team in the league. I just can't see a weak area in their squad.

I think if you'd offered two draws from the two games we'd have taken it.

3 points from two tricky away games, we've not done bad. Now the time to get a few good wins under our belt before we play Millwall and Cardiff.
