He's actually been much better than I expected him to be, I've seen and heard a lot worse on tv.

Any idiot could tell you England wont win the Euros though. Soon as they meet a team like Spain they'll get embarrassed.

I like his honesty, he basically goes through the 'spine' of our squad and says that bar Rooney they are all average and not good enough. I've been surprisingly pleased with him as a pundit so far. Pisses all over anyone on MOTD.

I personally think he's a good pundit. Not biased towards Man Utd, you can tell he hates Liverpool and there fans. He said a few good things about us aswell. I've never hated him personally, there are far worse in football than him. <ok>

He's a **** and a biased one at that, but he's not a bad pundit.

I think he is a good pundit, he says things as they are and doesn't beat around the bush. Also he is spot on...as soon as we meet a half decent team we'll go out.

I think our u21's would do a better job...put Rooney in them and we'd have a miles better chance! They actually want to play for England and don't take it for granted.

He's a moron, but at least he says it as it is... Doesn't take a genius though!

To be fair I never thought I'd say it but I've actually been very impressed with his punditry. He seems to go into a bit of tactical depth and what he says actually makes sense which makes him better already than 95% of the other pundits out there.

He is completely right about the spine of the team. England need to ditch Lampard and Barry for sure, probably John Terry too, it would be nice to see Gary Cahill and Phil Jagielka get given a chance as I think they could play well together. While Jones is undoubtedly very talented from what I've seen of him he is still naive positionally so I'd be picking Smalling over him for now for right back.

I forgot about Dixon. He's ok, at least he gives some sort of tactical insight. I cry a little when I see Wor Alan and Lawro sat next to each other, they are both awful for different reasons (sorry Al).

Has he said that Arsenal will probably climb the table before the end of the season?

You say any idiot could tell us this but I bet come the time of the tournament the rest of the pundits will be saying anything can happen or just take it one game at a time etc. Neville is right and fair play to him for saying it. If you look at Capello's record against sides like France, Holland, Brazil, Spain and Germany I can only remember one win. We do well against the smaller countries but these teams with quality players are too much for England and we will have to play teams like that from the start of the knockout rounds (if we get through the group).
