Terrible news about Gary Ablett today. He has passed away after a long battle with cancer. Condolences to his friends and especially his family. <rose>
 
Only player to win the FA Cup with both Liverpool and Everton.
Another Evertonian that's gone at a pretty young age, sadly.
RIP.
 
Rest in peace....always remembr him as being one of the most unfashionable player in the liverpool team of the mid 80's...yet always solid as a rock for them at full back

RIP and may god give his family strength
