What on Earth is so wrong with his selection as to label him a "moron"?

Rooney scored a great goal but tbh Kompany had him well marshalled for most of the match so how is he in the team?

Oh right, Rooney, Fair enough, Yeah shouldn't be there. Possibly Sturridge?
But you know what pundits are like.

Other than that it's pretty much spot on.

Kranjar scores and everyone creams over him. Charlie Adam had another really solid performance at the weekend.

Richards was pretty average tbh, was solid, but not worthy of team of the week.

Name a right back who played better than Richards this weekend? Bearing in mind that he did a decent job on Giggs.

Kranjcar actually had a very good game. And scored a vital goal for a weakened spurs. Who played better at left mid this weekend?

Charlie Adams actually had a less inflencial game for Blackpool then usual. Whilst Wilshere had one of his best games of the season (including setting Walcott up for a sitter)

Left Mid, jerome Thomas' attacking play was a massive improvement and he was a livewire in west broms side.

Richards constantly let giggs get balls in. It was down to his own luck that they werent as influential as usual (mainly because no one got in the box). I'd have to say Kyle Walker had another cracking game for Villa.

    mine would be:
    Foster
    Walker
    Kompany
    Smalling
    Enrique
    Nani
    Wilshere
    Meireles
    Thomas
    Van Persie
    Suarez

Oh.... I though you stated Adams should have been in there. Where is he?

Hennesy in my opinion had a very good game, would be my choice.

Richards had a good game. I watched the game it wasn't "constant" by any means.

Liverpool's midfield as whole were dire, it was a Hodgon-type performance. Mereiles scored one volley, but other than that was poor by the standards he has set himself during the past few games. Did little to support Suarez whatsoever.Hence his substituition before the hour mark. No way he should be in the team.

Kompany, fair enough, Dawson was also very good, with a second string Spurs' Midfield in front of him.

Thomas started well then fizzled out. Good going foward, did nothing to help out the defence, Was brought off on the hour mark when West Brom were beginning to feel the pressure.

I rekon Torres and Rooney have been the best strikers this season in the world. I mean lets be real here would messi score a goal as good as Rooneys. Rooneys touch makes Messi look like Heskey. I mean Rooney is going to be world player of the year in 2012. He is fantastic ;)
