the thing is once everyone is brought in if he wants to play week in week out he will have to move on

hope he stays but not sure I can see him staying as second choice RB and 4th/5th choice CM

After yesterdays performance dear me, made more mistakes than most

Seems a average enough player, nice to see he wants to be playing!

However I think he is a short term option, get a contract extension on him though to ensure we get a fee for him!

Decent right back, awful midfielder imo although he's the best penalty taker I've seen since Gary Rowell

Gards has never had a good run at CM though. I would rather have him there instead of Seb. At least its his natural position and he can crack a ball.

Better than seb in cm (that's not saying much!) and a handy enough squad and bench player. Can't believe we paid 6m for him.

Squad player at best but agree with your post. Got to love Gards attitude tho. For a bloke who was allegedly homesick he appears to have bought into PDCs world.

PDC seems to like him so i reckon we'll keep him. He's very similar to Colback in that he's not outstanding in any position but good cover for a few if required so for me he has to stay.

I like him, I think with a run in CM he could be very good next to Cabral. He has had poor partners when he has played in their. He never got a chance to play next to Catts.

You can't blame him for yesterday the pitch was terrible and everyone made mistakes. He played a couple of fantastic long balls to get Johnson in behind the defence.

I like him and even though he wont be in the first 11, he will probably be the first player to come into the starting line up so will play a lot of games.
