Hello again my Welsh friends! I remember when our only relationship was mutual use of "Swansea-Newcastle"(jackshit) to get round the BBC's strict no swearing policy, but now we're conjoined in appreciation of a wonderful Spaniard and a wonderful style of football! Good luck lads, hope you enjoy tonight whether you're in the Stadium or having some fun with me on this thread! Of course, as a neutral (for as long as I can keep it up... Take that however you want <laugh>), any visiting blues should know I wish them luck too (Even though your squad has cost like a gazillion pounds, I'm sure my little portion of luck will even things up for you a bit... Swansea do have Michu after-all).

Some interesting themes and thoughts for the match ahead:

    1. Barely arousing Graham is apparently a transfer target for Sunderland, much to the dismay of the Mackems, who seem to have conveniently forgotten Martin O'Neill's ravenous sexual desire for anybody with a British passport. Will he be left out of the squad tonight?
    2. Stinky Torres or karaoke Ba? Or should that be, no-goals or goals? I can't help but feel a bit creeped-out by the relationship between Benitez and Torres... It's a bit like a live-action "Lolita" playing out in-front of us *shudder*...:emoticon-0119-puke:
    3. Will Michu's sexiness transfer to the international stage?
    4. If there's anybody on here going tonight, can we get this chant going:

:emoticon-0159-musicA little touch off Vormy to save the strife, a burst of pace from Wayne Routledge down the side,
Another goal from Lita is all I need, a little skill from Dyer is what I see
A little bit of Chico having fun, a little bit of Williams being strong,
A free-kick hit from De Guzman there’s a bam, and one from Michu for your Geordie fan!!! :emoticon-0159-music

    5. Guess the music that goes with the chant <ok>

Feel free to tweet @Gandalf with your thoughts. I don't have a twitter account by that name, but whoever does must be a bloody lonely b****** and could probably use some attention! Otherwise I welcome any comments, pictures of Michu, thoughts, more pictures of Michu... that kind of thing, on this thread! <wizard>

<laugh> Nice one Gandalf. This should be the matchday thread. I think the original goes something like, "A little bit of Monica in my life, a little bit of Rita's what I need..." or something like that. I prefer your version. <ok>

See you haven't lost your longing for the lovely Michu. He just signed his extension today. Oo-er. :emoticon-0115-inlov

Oh, and 2-0 to the Swans tonight. <ok>

Let's hope we stay in the premier league so I don't have to sneak into a Mackem game to see the sexiness first hand... I would you know <laugh>

Bang on with the chant music <cheers>

You lucky lucky lucky lucky b******!!! I'll have to make do with the pause button and a despairing look at the Kleenex while the bloody dog eyes me from his basket. Have a good one fella <ok>

    Only three? :emoticon-0115-inlov

Anyone know why he waves invisible cups at his head in his celebration? I'm convinced it's some sexy secret power that Cisse could really do with honing...

A throwback to his days in Spain when he got the bird from the opposition fans. He went on to score in that game so it's basically taking the piss but could be a reference to turning up the volume too. I think Gandalf's theory is .....interesting.

Fantastic! The Welsh don't need telling twice to take up choir! <ok>

Expecting a good game and vociferous home atmosphere lads, and I'm going full-time score 4-2, 6-2 on aggregate. I'm not a betting man before anybody asks <laugh>

Sir Michael signed a Spaniard named Michu,
Since Swans goals had become really an issue.
But our Dane he did Great,
    Cos like when you masturbate,
Michu's goals got Gandalf reaching for tissue!

By the way chaps, if you are on twitter watch out for a guy going by @TransferPete (or something like that) and professing to bring you up-to-date transfer news... He recently started following me, and since I'm pretending to be a Swedish player called Seb Rajalakso whose moving imminently to Newcastle (not really... as if we'd sign someone who wasn't French...), I'm slightly dubious of his approach to research <ok>

The Metro Center, amazing place , remember waling into a general sports shop there and the only footy shirt was black and white stripes ( for some reason ), I remember when Keagan did the Sugar Puffs advert and the Honey Monster appeared in black and white. I don't think another box was bought bu the mackems that year ! Real football lovers ( the Geordies ). All the best and I'll read your commentary later !

Unfortunately couldn't get a ticket tonight (Mrs swim's pulling in the purse strings) but still pinching myself that we are where we find ourselves tonight.

If there is such a thing as a football God, surely he will smile on us tonight....after all, we have an Angel and a couple of modern day demi-gods in ML and Michu et al. Please, please, please!

Chris 'cookie' Coleman rabbiting on again with Glen 'diamond lights' Hoddle getting his script from Eileen Drury

Little known fact ~ Coleman's nickname came from a rather embarrassing moment on international duty, when he was caught in a compromising position watching his favourite Sesame Street character on video.
