  1. Which one would you rather have?

I'd personally have Sow. Top scorer in the division, and it would be class if we could get Gervinho with him :D

Sow would work better up top on his own.

    Berbatov and Gameiro? <whistle>

  3. Definitely Gameiro. Berba is inconsistant. He scores a hatrick then ****s off for about 3 matches, and gets injured far too much for my liking.

Gameiro's younger and fitter, Berba is too old .

Gameiro & Ba would work well together and probably wouldn't cost all that much. More likely top 2 than him & Berbs.

If I had to choose one of Gameiro & Sow to be our top striker next year I'd go Sow.

Hell yes! Gameiro and Ba up front together! If West Ham go down we could get both for about 12m probably, what with an 8m price tag for Gameiro being knocked about!

Can't decide, I'd be happy with either! Sow would work better up front on his own than Gameiro would as said, but I like the look of Gameiro too. Him up front with someone like Ba would be brilliant!

    Oorr... both ;)

Ba + Gameiro would probably cost a similar amount to Sow on his own, probably something to consider.

Although, Ba is pretty much not606 fantasy isnt it? I havent heard many genuine reports about us after Gameiro either. Maybe we should all send Pards a nice little letter.

As long as you let him know about Samba as well.

Aye, unfortunately he's just another Samba :( Just a player us not606ers have whole heartedly agreed would be great in our team.
A lovely e-mail to Pards could change this however
After all, we are masters at this sort of thing.

Once we warn him about our rep power, he wont want to get on the wrong side of us.

If you we want to play a technical style of football then I'll opt for Gamiero. Good pace, very good finisher, skillful and nippy. Although would it be too much of a ask if we could get them BOTH?. Ba + Gamiero combination could work wonders. I've always liked the good ol' fashioned ''target man'' and ''poacher'' combination/partnership. If we are going to play 442(which isn't looking very likely with Pardew wanting to fit and accommodate Ben Arfa in a ''free/AM role'') then I'll definitely try and get Gamiero and Ba/Sow/<insert target man here>. It all depends on the style of football and formation Pardew wants to have though. I'll love both of them. If I had to pick one it'll probably be Gamiero.. he was in sensational form in my FM11 NUFC save which unfortunately got corrupted :(. Scored something like 28 goals in 3o games or so.

To be honest if Ranger lived up to that potential that everyone says he has in a few years or so, he's also the type of player I could see working well with Gameiro too. Ranger could easily hold up the ball for Gameiro to knock in. Would be magical.
    Unlikely though, of course...

Gameiro + Ba combination would be very lovely though.

Gameiro, no doubt about it. I've seen him quite a bit and seriously I think he's nearly as good as Suarez. He's nippy. We don't have ANY nippy players and I think it could help bridge the gap between us and the top 7/8. A front 3 of Ba (although don't like the fact he's not scored recently), Gameiro and HBA would be top draw. You could have Barton, Nolan and Tiote sitting in midfield and have the option to go 4-4-2 at any time with HBA going out wide. Ahhhhhh!

Suppose it's just because I've heard more of Gameiro I reckon. And I don't think we could pinch both Sow AND Gervinho from Lille either and I'd rather take Gervinho.

(on a side note..just finished another nufc fifa season..lost champs league final 1-0 to barca..but..sunderland finished 19th in the league :D haha)

Very in-demand. He'll go to a CL team most likely. Think Chelsea might get him if they decide to offload Anelka and Drogba. Plus.. despite being a very good striker ALREADY, 20m or so for a 17 year old is quite a risk right? Not saying I wouldn't have him, just think it's a bit too much money for such a gifted yet unproven striker(at the top-level), the Belgium league isn't of a high quality.

Also heard Chelsea were in for someone dubbed 'the new Anelka'
So...they're going for the next Anelka and the next Drogba eh..

<laugh> 'the new Anelka' is probably the least flattering 'the new' I've ever heard.
