i haven't been on in a while, and I realize the manure game was probably done as nauseum over the weekend but I can't be arsed to go back and find a thread, lol. Anyway, when we pressed high up the field and hurried their defence we looked really good and created a couple of chances (that we should have done better with btw). The problem is, is that we end up sitting too deep and let the opposition play around our 18 yard box. Then we end up with the situation of fouling Falcao for the penalty. When we get aggressive and push higher up the field we look much better. I realize this is really tiring for the players but it's something I would like to see us do more of. As an aside I think Connor should have played Defoe in for that chance early in the first half, proven goal scorer in the box free looking for the square ball. I would have liked to see Watmore come on too but that didn't happen, wonder if he will be on the bench against Hull.
