I've been a bit confused by this topic in question, so maybe the ideal opportunity to ask the question.

If you have to cancel x amount of games due to covid, do you forfeit those games?

Only reason I ask, I thought I had seen some games somewhere awarded 3-0 wins, due to cancellations.

I just think it might be useful for the team to recover from injuries - and have a bit of 'relaxation' with family - without worrying about what they eat and drink for ONE day.

Peterborough following Sunderland with 3 matches off due to covid.
Not sure how it works as some teams still played without players who had covid but others postponed. Peterborough have said only 1 player at the moment has it.

No - that's just their natural lethargy.
