I’m saying 5th.
But want to place a bet that we win the PL in 3 years.

 

I have to say that's an absolutely awful bet ... haha you might aswel chuck a tenner on the horse

 

2026 mate. 30 years after we should have won it. It's written in the stars.

You could literally throw 100 quid across 10 horses and potentially make more money if one comes in 3rd

 

I tend to insurance bet on us. At least if I lose Newcastle will win and I'll take that.

 

Yeah there's a guy made a fortune doing that in the 90s and we were good then

 

If tash loses his bet he will lose twice.

 

The bookies must love him with his skills

 

Not only will they take his money but they will break his heart also

 

Fair play to him if we do it I'll be over the moon. I just expect the worst from us.

 

Any simmering confidence I had in it happening evaporated completely when I opened this thread.

I have actually made more money than I've lost in the last 12 months on skybet, and have a strange feeling that we'll do it.

It's literally in our hands, we're able to score goals now, Liverpool and Spurs are inconsistent, and we have 2 games in hand over Spurs and we get to play them later in the season.

We have a tonne of winnable games.

At 11/10 odds I felt like we'll eventually become odds on as we win more games.

 

7 wins will do it mate. Here's hoping.

 

I used to do that, but just like fantasy football, it creates conflict emotions and takes some of the passion out of it.

Almost like the loss of fear takes away from the moment.

By better on us it makes the defeat worse but the win sweeter.
