Guys, I was told today of a gamble that will take place on Wednesday at Wolves but I wont get the name of the horse until the morning of Wednesday as all the money will be going on the night before. My mate will text me as soon as he gets it which obviously I will pass on. He is expecting the early price to be double figure, so if it does take place on Tuesday night I'm sure the eagle eyed folk on here will spot it. He seemed very bullish but as we know nothing is guaranteed. Hopefully a cracking start to 2018 is only a few days away.

I can probably predict it for you now if you want, It'll be Oor Jock in the 4 10. Would be very surprised if it's not

Comes across the pond now and then well only to Wolves, has been over 3 times and been smashed in the betting everytime, won once, 2nd twice.

He's already booked his son and up and coming apprentice Ross for the ride. And bearing in mind Denis is a small trainer and Oor Jock is his only horse, for him to send it all the way over, back to a place it's ran well before, pretty much speaks volumes.

Without trying to sound like a cock if all the money is going on the night before those involved either have hundreds of accounts and are happy to kill their price getting a few quid on here and there or it’s not that big a deal.

Or to put it another way, go on any bookies website tonight, find any race running tomorrow, select any horse and click max bet in the bet slip and see what you’d be able to stake

Not sure how many accounts there are Bob, but the last horse about 4 weeks ago got beat by a nose at 7/1 back in from 10's but he did say that they even put a very large amount on the fav so that their horse would drift. My mate at this moment in time does not know what the name of the horse is but he does know that he has a large amount going on it.(I think it is a syndicate thing where he has paid a large amount of money to get this info) People may say it is sad that he does it but in my eyes if he provides me and us with a winner or a selection that places at an ew price then what's the problem. They don't all win and people don't need to back it and I'm not telling you to back it and I could keep me mouth shut and keep it to myself but we are here to beat those bookies and any info is a plus. Come Wednesday I could be called all sorts of names by the wums that trawl this forum or we could have a decent priced winner.

Mick, you put it up, everyone has a choice mate. Fingers crossed.
Alternatively the risk free option is to tell us about it after it has won ;-)

    You’re right Mick.

I’m not having a go at you for sticking it up. Basically I was just intimating what you’d said your mate has told you doesn’t completely match up to the reality of getting any decent sized bets on ie be careful.

Could also be three majors in the 4 40. You should bet it anyway, Anthony is an excellent trainer and for him to send one across the pond again speaks volumes especially as Conor is also coming over for the ride

Head High on his Flat handicap bow for Sarah Hollinshead (6.40)?!?

Used to be with Amy’s Dad where his first couple of efforts hinted at potential. For old girl Sarah Head High though has only, thus far, run over timber – in 16/17 won a maiden hurdle and ran quite respectably behind some very good animals as well. Been poor in that sphere, so far though, in 17/18.

Interesting that the son of Mastercraftsman has been dropped 6 lbs since his last run on the Flat and could be of interest, if on his A game, off 68. The forecast price, currently, is 25/1.

NOUVELLE AIR in the last from a punting yard that has got its mark down to a three year low!

I have looked at the races and there is a handful of Horses especially in the last but my guess is 5.10 Wolverhampton - JOEYS DESTINY down to an extremely low mark was running in cl3 last year and the step up to 7f again looks sure to suit!

question mark in the title is incongruent with the claims of the message

mate seemed very bullish about a horse he doesnt know the name of or which race it runs in yet.... :emoticon-0136-giggl

you dont have to wait until wednesday to be called all sorts because im calling this right now, you are multi account fantasist with a bizarre need to appear to have info

thats not to say the horse you have dug out cant win or wont be backed, its not rocket science to find outsiders in handicaps with market emphasis on recent form

I didnt even aftertime Might Bite, and why do you think its photoshopped? I spent 400 on scissors a month ago, you think I wouldnt put a thousand on a horse?

If I had 20k when I was 18 I would have put 20k on New Approach in the Derby. I dont **** about and I have scant regard for money.
