View image | gettyimages.com Gabrielle Angella has told Queens Park Rangers' official website that the team at Loftus Road have similarities with the one which got Watford promoted last season. Angella was in the Hornets squad as they finished second in the Championship last term, and the powerful centre-back believes QPR could have a similarly successful campaign this time around. The Italian acknowledges that the R's need to start picking up wins on a more regular basis, but is confident that an up-turn in form is just around the corner. “I think we have the same qualities as Watford – we have a good team, goalscorers, a system that is flexible, and we're working hard to improve," he said. “Last year, in the middle of the season, Watford were sixth or so, which just shows that nothing is decided at this stage of the campaign. The 26-year-old has gone straight into Chris Ramsey's starting line-up since arriving, and he has largely impressed during his time on the field. Angella has played three times for QPR so far, but he is yet to taste victory and will be keen to get the winning feeling back this weekend when the Londoners take on capital rivals Fulham.
