This is primarily a football forum, though we do post "off topic" items of interest, we are all equal in rank on the forum and we are all entitled to an opinion about absolutely anything! <ok>

What I ask is for everybody, when declaring an opinion, please don't assume or insinuate that it is shared by anybody else unless they too have declared that same opinion, this causes grumpy old gits like me and Munky to bristle and start complaining!

There was a time, a couple of years ago when KIO and I were at loggerheads over Chrissie Hughton, I eventually realized that we were falling out because we are both very passionate in our support and I PM'd KIO to point that out and we healed our differences. I will say this KIO, you were absolutely right about him, but in my opinion, you were vocal too early!

So, a recap, any opinion posted is valid, but for you only!

Have fun folks, the fireworks start on Saturday!

<cheers>

I thought that KIO knew about CH's politics and part of his dislike of him was based on that. I may have been wrong in that assumption but if I was correct then IMO KIO took the correct decision for the wrong reason. Given politics in the NE I suspect that was a factor in his popularity with NUFC supporters.

Many of us don't fall out anyway. KIO and myself certainly have not. Even JWM has stayed reasonably sanguine for the crackpot that he is.

I have absolutely no idea what CH's politics are CT and that is the Gods honest truth,

OK KIO, I do accept that. He was involved with supporting some fairly left wing Socialist group in the 80's so I am assuming he is still fairly left wing.
