I hope we dont go down the road of getting "jobs for the boys" i would prefer we get the best person for the job rather than somebody who played for the club and is maybe unproven in a specific job. Monk is probably a guy that could be part of an acadamy set up,maybe trundle. Even these players are not proven to have any coaching ability. Of course its nice to have people that have a feel for the club and area and are boardering on legend status here, Tate Trundle and Monk would be great taking the kids in that respect, truth is though i see only 1 maybe 2 jobs for these people .
