I was his biggest critic at the start of the season and wanted us to sell him last summer. I think we should give him a new contract after the season he's just had. Although, Brod needs to have a word with him again about his cuddling!
ashamed to admit it but i thought Agger and Sakho was our future, who would have thought a ball playing cb in agger is really the weaker player, shame.
I believe Sakho could be but needs to shape up a lot first. Agger is a Brod favourite which shows how well Skrtel has played considering Brod wanted to sell him and now picks between Agger and Sakho to partner Skrtel.

I was making reference to Suarez, once a reputation has been made it is very hard to shift. Skrtel and Suarez had both done well to rid the shackles until the last couple of weeks.
both are infamously good at what they shouldn't be doing but do it anyway. i have nothing but respect for both of those men
We are the team of love. This time last year Suarez was kissing Ivanovic's arm in a most loving way. Oh- and I'm a big fan of Skrtel's performances this year. People coo about our attacking players- but Skrtel has been a real rock at the back- and yes, his goals have been nice too.
Migs is not up to it though! He can't catch a bloomin cold as he demonstrated against the Budgies! It hardly inspires confidence in your CBs when your keeper is incapable of commanding his area and can't claim even simple crosses! Yes he's a great shot stopper but he's got a rick in him. How about going after Begovic?
