Got an email today, together with a 'unique code', saying that a digital version of the summer edition was available. However I've been singularly unsuccessful in accessing it. Hav anyone else has any luck?

I'm especially interested since I've read elsewhere that Mike Rigg has an article in it saying that Kit is staying!!

As are Sky - don't know if the magazine is their source:

"There has been speculation he would be replaced after the club - widely tipped for promotion after the recruitment of Ross McCormack for £11m last summer - struggled to get out of the bottom half of the table. But sources have told Sky Sports News HQ that he is staying put - after Fulham finished 17th, 11 points above the relegation zone. Symons took charge in September after the dismissal of Felix Magath."

Mike Rigg is definitely backing Kit to be here next season; the obvious caveat from me being that it is the Club mag and (at the time of publication) he would wouldn’t he.

One thing for sure is that Mr Rigg likes his jargon. For example:

In response to a question about new players next season he said, “ .. my background is talent identification and a lot of work goes into that area. Some of it is scientific and is backed up by some fantastic analytics that play an important part in the identification process in terms of a player’s performance history. But, we need the right player .. a player whose personality will fit in .. is affordable .. and will hold his value. It’s a very detailed process. It can be described as quantitative analysis and qualitative information

    [my italics]

Had a few pauses when reading it first time round; to wonder if our scouts are now called “scientists“?; and to remind myself that Tony Khan’s favourite hobby is indeed “analytics”.

However, my greatest pause of all was to wonder where the hell were the references to our weaknesses and the positions that need filled?? And every day stuff like FFP.

Sounds like they've come up with a scheme like a real life version of Football Manager or FIFA 2015 or what ever they call these Fantasy games nowadays.
May be soon in the future we will be choosing and buying the players via these games statistics.
May be they should be scouting the Games tournaments looking for the Best Football gamer to become the Director of football !!!!
I haven't been bothered to access my code into this Fultime mag, have they said when we will be buy our new 'Virtual Player' from Sega yet :emoticon-0102-bigsm

Why not go the whole hog, get rid of the manager and let the supporters vote online for the team they want put out on the Saturday.
    Touchdown...........
