It does make you wonder if any so-called "top flight" goalkeeper can really be that incompetent, without meaning to!

only just see the highlights of the game. - i can't believe what i've just seen.

A premiership goalkeeper should not be making mistakes like he has, certainly for the 1st and 3rd goals. I agree with Notso, that's a total joke.

    Grobbelaar would be proud.

I wonder which Italian team he's going to sign for in the summer?

  12. In all seriousness, the keeping for the 1st and 3rd goals was 'bizarre' and even the 2nd was at best poor. Fulop (or Flop as my spell checker just indicated...) hasnt played a great deal, but the mistakes were not obviously linked to being rusty.

There is absolutely no evidence to suggest anything inappropriate, but equally, I don't think anyone would be surprised if something was to emerge years down the line.

The third one was just unbelievable.
An easy catch, totally unchallenged by any opponent and he not only goes to punch it, but he manages to punch towards his own goal?

There's an article on the Arsenal board about corruption in Italy.
I wonder if Fulop's got any gambling debts we should know about? <laugh>

  14. 'punched it'? He virtually caught it and threw it at the Gooner!!! Lol
I don't think that Fulop will have any debts at all after yesterday. And I would be checking his phone calls to India as well as Italy!!!

I don't think we will see him again. He's probably set for life with that performance!

In a game played in a country run by an organisation as inept as the FA, it is very likely that Flopy basted was paid off, what he did with the two goals was harder than the very simple saves that were reqd.

How did he become a pro? My fat mate who plays ingoal for our 6 a side team would have munched both them saves up aswell as smashing Benayoun.
