If our team was fully fit who would be in your starting line up.

I wouldn't make many changes and I would really push to sign Bates so he would be in my team if not then Fontaine but here goes

    ..................Heaton
    Briggs Bates McManus Cunningham
    Adomah Danns Elliott Woolford
    ...........Davies....Baldock

So not many changes foster isn't playing great so put Briggs at RB but for me that team looks so much better than the current players to chose from, get another centre midfielder and we will get out of this mess. Also decided to give del some more time I really want him to do well

Wouldn't play Briggs at RB instead of Foster. Briggs would be a square peg so Shiny you're doing a 'McInnes'.
Can't offer an opinion on Bates till I've seen him, seems he has terrible injury problems.
Pearson is a better option than Woolford, I wouldn't play him again and anyway he runs like a Linesman (uncoordinated).

Do agree to keep the same side though - something McInnes would never do.

Woolford was a good player with Cunningham behind him, so when Gregs back he will have to try it again to see if it can work like it did. Pearson I would only play in the big games, it seems to be the only time he plays well

Shiny, hope you're right, but I reckon it was coincidence.
Form is temporary, class is permanent.
    Woolford will always be useless.

That's because McInnes don't know his best side yet......may need another 12 months to find that out!

Now pick your side for Blackpool, with the players available, with Skuse, Mcmanus & Cunningham probably not fit, you now have Derek's problem, lets see what you come up with.

'you now have Derek's problem' -
AD, what are you like. Why ask me to pick a team from a squad that clown has put together.

It's not mine or any other fans 'problem'.
We put up with the consequences whilst he's paid thousands every week.

But to enlighten you further -
    Heaton
    Foster Wilson Fontaine Briggs
    Adomah Elliott Danns Pearson
    Baldock Davies.

Not the best is it. What a mess he's got us in.

    'Derek's problem' - Is Derek !

Careful Redprintt, You've put players in their rightful position, you'd probably keep the same side next week. (something Del fails to do week in week out)
If you keep this up, SL will be seeking you out for a job...lol
Oh, and you made a compliment regarding LJ........I'm impressed!

Redprintt, you call the man a clown, I assume you watch them on a regular basis, so your actually helping to pay that clowns wages, now i assume your quite an intelligent person, does that seem very intelligent to you.

No, but then I'm clinically insane.

Love the fact you call McInnes a clown when you picked 7 in your first 11 that McInnes brought into the club <doh>

'when you picked 7 in your first 11 that McInnes brought into the club'

    ROD - You get worse.

I was asked to pick a side for Saturday against Blackpool. So rather foolishly I selected a team from the current squad.

Or did you expect Rooney Messi etc etc.

ROD - On your Headstone - 'I really did know nothing'.

It's funny isn't it, that those who havent got a clue, are just waiting for some of us who know better to slip up or contradict ourselves? It makes me smile to myself!!
Some comments are pure comical if not narrow mindedness!

I think your statement above demonstrates the definition of a narrow minded person.

    Morning 1For,

I'm off to the Paddy Power at Cheltenham tomorrow so won't be at the Gate tomorrow.

Will be more than interested to read your comments post Blackpool.
Believe it or not, I'm quite hopeful.
The introduction of Danns and the 'noises' coming from McInnes (at last) about more loans is encouraging - better late than never.
It's also good news that Taylor-Fletcher and Matt Phillips will be missing from their line up.

ps - Would never tip a horse but just for you - Uncle Junior is running today and not without a chance !

Yes, I don't understand why McInnes has left it till now...we shall see if it turns things around for us.
Won't be there either Redprintt, I have been forced away for the weekend! But my son will be down there, will get the low down from him.
Enjoy Cheltenham tomorrow mate, might be worth an extra 50p each way on Uncle Junior, he's sure to give 100%!
