eh the manager sadly takes the wrap for the players not putting a shift in on the park.:emoticon-0138-think:emoticon-0138-think:emoticon-0138-think

If the players aren't putting in a shift, that comes down to not being managed, coached, motivated properly by the coaching/managing team. That is NPs job! I know you're in the "if it's not LJ then it must be better camp", and think he's the messiah and can do no wrong, but can you honestly say he has been a success?

Who’s fault was it we played a young 18 yr old striker as WB, who decided to play James & Williams when neither was match fit, who chose to leave Massengo on the bench, who decided the tactics, it surely wasn’t me, if it wasn’t NP what the hell are we paying him for?, of course the manager is responsible for how the team play.

Agree reference Sam Bell the kid is never going to make a defender.
Suicidal on NPs part playing him there.
But this just shows how much he rates Vyner.
For me Atkinson should have started the game.

he’s straight talking about the way the game panned out, I would have more respect for him if he’d just admitted he made a mistake, in the same straight talking manner.

NP's amazing if we win and down to him when they play well, but totally down to the players for not putting a shift in if we lose.......is that how it works? <doh>
Was that the same when LJ was in charge then? :emoticon-0105-wink:
