    His 2 day old son died some time over the past few days and he has managed to summon the strength up to play tonight, and he has also scored. He removed his shirt to reveal a shirt underneath with his late son Louie's name on it. Thankfully, common sense won the day and the referee did not book him.

    Fair play to you Billy, you are a braver man than me.

    What a very sad thing to have to go through. I have a 2 year old daughter and couldnt even imagine what he is going through. My families thoughts are with him.

    Agreed lads - apparently after he scored a 'wonder' goal, reavealed his T shirt which read;
    "That's for you Son"
    Jeez - puts things into perspective eh?
