Well here we go again - bounce-back time this afternoon after that dissappointment at Bolton?

Noticed the Millwall/Wolves game offerings come up on B365 a few minutes ago. Just had to have a go before leaving.

Stuck a tenner on Millwall @ 16/5 taking all the points - well, it had to be done!! <laugh>

Will have a look at the City teamsheet before taking the plunge with us. <ok>

    • Here we go. Ken starts Healey on the bench. Injured players on their way back. Not a minute too soon. Wolves drawing with Milwall as I type. (Update - Wolves draw 2-2- so an opportunity to claw back some of the ground we lost last week.)

City couldn’t cope with Fulham’s pace down the flanks and central midfield strength again and as usual that Sessegnon notched.

Ref missed a Fulham pen early on but overall he was shocking. Their 3rd should never have stood but he wasn’t the reason we lost.

Opposing teams moan about City time wasting. Fulham were far worse but a point would have been fortunate.

Worrying times. Have City been found out? I don’t understand NW’s game plan. City again were awful in 1st half. Too many players went missing- Mendez is a shadow of his early season displays. Don’t get our midfield trio- they are all busy players but all too slow, too small and not creative. Need a dominant central midfielder. Morrison a big miss.

Play offs possible but not on the last few performances; lucky v Hull, spineless v Bolton, last gasp point at Reading and outplayed today.

Agreed - can't quite understand what's gone wrong this past few games.Mendez-Laing had a shocker - and looks a world away from those first 8 games or so.

Kadeem Harris is the obvious replacement but he wasn't even on the bench today - hope he's fit for Friday.

    Outclassed today.

Need to stop the rot on Friday.

Top 6 will unlikely unless we improve dramatically.

Could be a number of players have nothing left in the tank after a few weeks of coping without some regulars? In particular I think Morrison, Zohore and Gunnar have been greatly missed. Hopefully the last 2 of these will be back soon.

Arrived in Penang and the hotel WiFi was pretty good. However, lots of lagging and couldn’t get a real idea how we were playing. What I could see, wasn’t good. Fulham appeared to be having free reign with very little from the bluebirds. The screen froze for Fulham’s first and then pretty much gave up after that. I fell asleep before the 2nd half, glad I did as it would have given me nightmares.

What disappointed me most was that City knew how Fulham would play and just let them do it. Is that down to poor pre match planning or that (more likely) City are devoid of the players to combat such a style of play?

What also disappointed me was City’s inability to string passes together and attack with purpose.
