It'll go no where. Original Mistake happened on non Liverpool site. Rodgers when commenting on said story made a flattering remark about the player but said he wouldn't talk about him. He didn't come to us. Fulham are just buttsore because they thought they could blackmail a high price out of dipstick LFC and failed. It's the only consequence of FSG's decision that I enjoyed.....

^^this. Since LS was hung drawn and quartered by the FA an Italian Championship manager,two ex England captains and a couple of other prem players have been arse kissed on the same 'issue/subject'. Making the FA themselves open to question about their own rules on the matter.

Fulham just trying to blame LFC for the fact Dempsey had a strop and said he wanted a move. Jol then complains we enquired but made no offfer - so on deadline day we made an offer whch they rejected. We then didn't come back and he went to Spurs. Really don't see how this is our problem at all...

If this had come up a year ago, I'd have said Fulham haven't a snowball's on this one, but given our experiences over the last season it wouldn't surprise me if we got hauled over the coals again.
Was just thinking the same thing Saint! Still its a good litmus test; if we get any sort of negative outcome considering what goes on at other clubs then you have to start to believe there is a vendetta against us!
I think this complaint is to the premier league not the FA, not sure if that makes a differance at all.
Well Fergie controls them both so probably no difference at all expect a 3 year transfer embargo and demotion to The Rymans League
