I've read a few different things suggesting Fulham want the pair to team up as the management staff at the club.

    1) Do you think CH would want to step back into football as a No.2?

    2) Do you think Fulham were keen on both as manager, chose Jol as the name to please the fans but want to snap CH up incase it all goes t**s so they have reliable manager to fall back on?

I personally think he should hang on or it will be like a step back for him especially under Jol in London again.

Think Hughton's holding out for the Cardiff job, will want to have a real go at management before considering being a number 2 again.

1.Hughton wants to be a manager in his own right and he's proved he's fully capable imo
2.I think they wanted Jol and proved this by appointing him so swiftly he doesn't need a number2 like Hughton either very capable manager!

Hope CH does go solo so that he can show people what he can do.

Jol is who they wanted last summer, but he had a season left on his Ajax contract, and unfinished business to win the league there. He accomplished that, so he gets London, and Fulham get their (dutch)man!
