It is, we really dont care about them. They are pathetic. Mind you, Palace fans were saying the same last season yet they were just another team to us. Weve already won our "cup final" 1-0 this season. They are a mickey mouse club from top to bottom.
Christ, didn't realise we were so important to them!! Hope it gets the lads up for it, if they need any encouragement, and we absolutely stuff them!
By the looks of it all we will be able to see is a bunch of 6's when we are in the ground, well done whoever designed the poster. Idiots
You have to feel embarased for them dont you...really, going to all that trouble then loosing with Zamora really is going to be a major embarasment.!!! If you see anyone with one of these outside the groun...MUG HIM !!!! what a bunch of idiots...!! sad, sad sad day for Foolham
Seems a bit of harmless banter IMO, nothing Malicious. Fulham have never really had a main rival as such so maybe they see QPR as feasible opposition. I know a few Fulham fans really excited for this game and attending, should be a good match
Can't really fault them for having a go. In reality it'll be a few spotty kids and a couple of Nigels waving them. As District says, they've never had a rival before. Let them care if they want to. If nothing else, it's a step up from the usual clappy sticks and foam hands.
Brilliant! Mark Hughes can just drop the teamtalk, if this doesn't get the fans and team going I will be very surprised Let them sad ba*****s have their fun, I only care who laughs after the match
I agree. We can't get distracted from giving their players a hard time (well within the restrictions of the new behaviour code of course) BECAUSE WE'VE GOT TO WIN THIS GAME. Nothing else matters.
Nice to think we're contributing to the spirit of it all... offering those Cottagers an awayday experience. It'll be good for them to get to get out a bit and see what the rest of the world has to offer... dare say they'll be a few of them on the London Eye trying to get a gander!
Not having been to a Fulham game in years, I was astonished by how pleasant and presentable the Fulham fans were. It was like being at Lords for an England cricket game. And those were just the fans I spoke to, lots of other mums (probably called Jemima) and well spoken kids (Josh and Harry at a guess) milling about. I'd imagine most would rather be at Twickers watching rugger - but if Sky and the FA created their ideal football fan it would be the modern Fulham fan. Its impossible to hate such polite people, unless you are some sort of class warrior. A real life Wolfie Smith would be disgusted by the transformation of plucky working class Fulham you'd assume.
One of those Fulham fans is "Almost weeing with the excitement of it all." !!! Think our stewards need to sell XL Nappies to all Fulham fans entering LR Saturday.
Thats just it, we dont hate them. They are bigging up some kind of rivalry which is one sided. I cant think of another team thats like that where they team whos been in the top league thinks they are rivals with a team whos been in the lower leagues.
Come on people lighten up, personally i think it's great to have a bit of banter. Good on them for having a bit of a laugh (even though it's at our expense).
This is my make or break game of the season for me personally. All of my wife's family are Fulham. Most of my mates and their bastard kids are Fulham. Our best friends Jeremy, his wife Tabitha and their kids...Rupert, Henrietta, Sebastian, Chlymidia and Chloricles are Fulham. I took so much **** after the last game. Please oh please, never again. Never so much have I wished for revenge.
