http://www.westlondonsport.com/features-comment/boss-wants-taarabt-out-of-fulham-this-week-report The family clearly have standards.... Light blue and white touchpaper; stand well back
The man is a wasted talent. From a business perspective should have sold him years ago. Now we would be lucky to give him away.
Sad to see the demise of someone who gave us such enjoyment three years back. His situation is of his own making. Made your bed Taarabt, go lie in it. Maybe PSG still want him on 5K a week.
Looks like he will start to slip down the leagues or alternatively France ligue 1 or 2 would seem a direction for him. Long standing topic, but he really needs to look himself in the mirror and shake up his life and career.
Is there anyone on this board who didnt see this coming? really after all the "debates" we've had about him? I was under the perception that we'd all kind of agreed on what was going t happen to him?....its just playing out ATM Should have taken the "alleged" 16 Mill or PSG offer when we had the chance. No respect for him anymore after deserting us when we needed him. Wasted talent
How much of it was him not wanting to play for us and how much Harry wanting shot of him. Talent doesn't disappear, unfortunately the guy is a twat.
Bit of both mate probably. Still got the talent no doubt, just not got the rest it takes to make a top footballer. To his credit, Mark Hughes actually got him on the right path and he was getting better, just a shame MH was such a crap manager and got sacked ! EDIT: and kissing the Fulham badge doesnt exactly help his cause either
Look you have your opinion and its understood but I believe you are wrong Anyone at LR last year could see a lonely hero warming up at Half Time ... being there you could sense Adel was on a exit plan. We get it you don't like him fair enough yet so away you go with a stupid comment about PSG. If you fully understood what i see as the fact then you may back off a bit. Taarabt is a stupid French Arab boy off the pitch we all get that ... but he loves QPR its on record You only have to look at Harold's way of how he treats players who he fells are trouble. We are 2nd and credit to him but sorry I will forever be in the camp that this player is a bloody genius footballer and he is a QPR legend ... just because the fickle choose to forget about him and go onto our next temporary hero ... i won't why? This player has skills and talent that are a one off yet of course is ruining his life off the pitch it seems. Fulham stepped in to love him because the twat that is Redknapp threw him out... we now play a different type of football My opinion would be to help this player and return him home where he belongs. I would wager anything that this situation is not about Taarabt but others around him. I believe what i have read in interviews in France where things aren't so contaminated . He loves QPR and is not wanted Taarabt remains the best on field QPR player I have seen ...not my favourite but technically the best I hope if he does go then he gets to achieve his goals because i don't if he will lose his skill set. Fulham is all about him being discarded . I also don't care what people say he plays the game exactly how i believe it should be played. He is a real superstar forever IMO Kranky ... instead of Taarabt .. Harold you are wrong we will never know but a good man manager would see us top of the league by now with Taarabt if that could of happened. Taarabt had no choice to leave on loan IMO Best player in London still for me
Hopefully we will go up, Redknapp will retire and Taarabt will come back a new man with a manager who backs him but wont take any crap.
Not a great player for me after seeing Savage put him (twice)in his pocket during our promotion season. Apart two or three matches was poor in the premier league too. Maybe french second level is ok for him.No use.
I tend to agree with this. He has given some of the best enjoyment, I've watched on a Football Pitch but for reason whether it's management, off the field or something we just don't know, he has fall apart. He has been a shadow of himself, watching him lose the ball and then not even bother to chase back, just showed me what kind of mental state he is in. He is broken and I hope someone can fix but I think he needs to leave the country and start again.
Adel Tarrabt! Guaranteed to raise more opinions than politics! Another topic to AT. Gotta be forum record in there somewhere.
What a pile of crap...cant even get in a poor fulham team How are you going to explain away his "kissing the Fulham badge" then? Was that because he was misunderstood o whatever poor ridiculous excuses you want to use. not gonna bother with this as even his most hardened supporters have seen the light. i honestly didnt read the whole post as it is your opinion and although you are entittled to it, it really doesnt have much credibility. the constant ramblings of adel going to barca, mark hughes getting us into europe etc are just an ammusing read that you cant take seriously. Idont believe that even you believe what you post, which is great as we all need a laugh sometimes. Your posts certainly give us that. keep the fun coming mate
There is no Counsellor, Psychiatrist or Witch Doctor in the World that could drag any kind of intelligible answer out of that lad. Forest Gump springs to mind (minus the running). "Rene Meulensteen, wants to send him back to Loftus Road. Harry Redknapp has indicated that he will refuse any request to take him back" He's an orphan. No Manager wants him near their Club. I don't blame them. The forecasts of many people a couple of years ago are coming to fruition but folk continue to bury their head in the sand. This guy is not a proper footballer nor will he ever be. His unbelievable talent is useless because he has nothing in between his ears. Redknapp will struggle to offload him in the close season because I can't see anyone wanting to take him on. With a bit of luck though, we might be able to dump him on some mugs in France who might take him on for sentimental reasons and we can finally close the book on this whole tragedy.
