Didn't see this coming with him always over in the US during any time off, but think its a good sign that Chilwell isn't going to be sold this summer <ok>

Perhaps the opposite? We are linked with a lot of fullbacks and he is a just in case option.

Can see him leaving in Jan if we do bring someone in.

When Fuchs signed he said 3 years and he is off the america to be with his fam. Yet has signed 2 new 1 year extensions since

Great pro to have around still and always does a job for us

Rogers said recently he was hoping to persuade him to stay another year.

I've also read, not sure how true but Fuchs was planning to play MLS or NFL but they have quite strict rules on foreign players and it was proving difficult.

I see this as hes happy to be the backup option to a regular fullback, so either we are keeping Chilwell or getting someone in thats better than Fuchs, i feel the first option is the most likely.

Good, takes the pressure off for now as we’d have been short with him gone regardless of Chilwells situation
