Slightly bizarre but somebody near me pointed it out and it got me wondering..

Does anybody know why Matty's shirt tonight and if I'm remembering correctly his shirt against Bristol had no sponsor?

He's having a new one prepared called "Goal Converter" but it's taking a bloody long time.

Some guy next to me said it was because of religious beliefs. He reckons Matty is a strict Christian and doesn't like having a bookies on his shirt.

Sounds like crap if you ask me. It was strange though.

Hopefully it's because he thinks Cash Converters are a bunch of exploitative bastards ripping off the very poor and supporting thieves so he's taking a moral stance.

Or maybe the players all had to sew them on themselves and he missed. Have you checked to see if it's actually on his shorts, about a foot away from where it's supposed to be?

He probably either gets sweaty and it just peels off or he gets bored at halftime and peels it off whilst Nicky is talking

You can see its got markings where it used to be, so it was obviously there and must have come off, unless whoever made his particular shirt put it on the inside.

About Matty, or is that a major philosophical comment you're hitting us with there?

Is Basso "injured" so he doesn't have to wear his shirt then? Bit funny how he's suddenly back in training when Fryatt starts wearing a sponsorless kit now you mention it. I guess he found out about our sponsors when he was burgled and saw the TV in the window when he walked past the next day.
