It means there are more Hull City supporters in Egypt than there are in England. There's no need to be offended by any mention of camels or pyramids. People are simply trying to think of as many Egyptian related things as possible to make a bad pun out of it. I'm sure Gedo will soon be Bangleing the goals in. No need to Cairo too much.
