off round my mates. few cans. Hoping for a Groves win, but think it will be Froch. They are entering the ring around 9.45 pm.
If Grooves boxes smartly he could win by a wide UD. I'm hoping for a Groves KO victory though because he can't stand Froch.
Until 2 weeks ago I'd never heard of these people. I still don't know what they look like. Sounds a hugely hyped event to me.
I am going up the Fairfield. Groves in 5 noy sure he has enough in the tank for the championship rounds. Not a Froch fan either!!
It was a beast of a knock down, ref could have stopped it after that to be fair as he was in planet zonk, but he seemed to recover a little and should have continued a few more seconds. Hope the main event isn't as controversial again as Eddie Hearn will want a Grooves win to set up a trilogy
I think Froch will stop Groves late but am very excited about this one as absolutely anything could happen. Always rated Groves didn't think he'd get as far as this though. Would be happy to see either man win. The thing about Froch I like is that when he has been in the **** he has always responded. To me the guy is a top class act and I'd never write him off.
He was just trying to get De Gale involved as well! If this is a close one too all 3 could make good money fighting each other a couple of times (Like the days of Benn, Eubank, Watson and latterly Collins). Hearn Jr must be rubbing his hands together.
Which is why I won't be a surprised at a Grooves controversial win to make more money for Hearn in another fight. Whoever wins, I just hope it's clean and decisive
I know, can only imagine what the atmosphere is like at Wembley as I'm buzzing for the first bell by here
