This lad has a great future ahead of him. Showed a lot of drive, a lot of guts. Probably deserved the red overall for the number of mistimed and potentially dangerous challenges but a different ref may not have sent him off- there again, he could have been sent off earlier. There was nothing malicious in his approach though- just a lot of passion and drive.

If this one match is anything to go on, I think he will be a real gem for the future. If I were you lot- I'd be keen for his future. A little maturity and learning to time his challenge and he could be a future great.

Overall- a close game... it was the red that turned the game (that and bringing on Suarez)- otherwise this would probably have ended nill-nill.

Alright, sorry for the following but

WE'VE HAD ENOUGH OF ****ING POTENTIAL EVERY TIME WE GET SOMEONE WHO WILL BE 'GOOD IN THE FUTURE' BY THE TIME THAT THEY'RE ANY GOOD THEY'RE SIGNED BY ****ING BARCELONA OR SOMETHING WHY DON'T ARSENAL JUST SPEND £100M ON DITMAR VAN NOSTRIBOY

Oh, and Suarez is a class act. Without Suarez, arsenal could have won at 10 men. I fail to see how he can work with Andy Carroll, though.

I fear Carroll is our own "potential" player. A bit rough-round the edges, if he can get his game together he'll do well.

I actually think a mix of Suarez and Carroll together is a good thing. Players would need to watch for the trickery of Suarez and mark him- but can't just ignore the high ball because of Carroll. Carroll alone can be marked out of a game easily- but if they have to watch Suarez too- he could break free to power home one of his trademark headers... like he never does for us... LOL

Frimpong does have potential, he's already good enough to start for us. At least that gets rid of the horrible waiting for him to come good phase that we go through with almost every signing.

Looked good. Love the passion, can never ask for more then he gave today. Was clearly too pumped up and in his line of work you do need a calm head, so that worries me a bit. He got his first lesson today and i hope he learns quick because sadly we probaly need him a lot knowing Arsenal.
