The clubs official Twitter feed is apparently going to advise updates on the game.

maybe a game against TWS @ ferriby would be better idea and charge fans £5 to get in during the next international break.

Whats the point of behind closed doors? To stop the expectation of on looking fans and the game turning a bit dirty etc. or because they can't be arsed to sort out a venue so they can play on a training pitch for free? Or a bit of both

I wonder when Emo is gonna be given a chance, he is the next nick barmby I can promise you that! He works tirelessly through the game, small and like lightening. Played with him 3 years ago for Beverley Grammar School, in the words of Ray Wilkins 'My Word'

I'm surprised Emerton hasn't made the first team yet, I've seen him in several pre-seasons and several reserve games and he's been good in pretty much all of them. He's definitely better than Atkinson, possibly a better all-rounder than Devitt and he can play on the wing or upfront, I think he should have had more of a look in by now.

We all do, but as I said previously, we are simply treating him as we do all of our promising youngsters: letting him rot until he's 21/22 and all of his potential has gone, then sending him to a third-rate League Two club to warm their bench. <ok> <doh>

^^ Is that the same Dillon that was on trial last month? Thought we weren't going to pursue him any further.

It is the very same, he's played most of our reserve games recently.

He's only a youth player, so Nige is not considering him for the first team, but it seems there's a chance he will get a deal of some sort.
