Depends what it's for. If you're planning to ice cup cakes with it, you've been drinking too early.

    Cheers mate.

We have about 20 acres, half forest, and are using domestic mowers & other equipment which aren't up to the workload tbh.

We have plans to dig out a huge wildlife pond, by enlarging the stream, and plant various fruit trees in the orchard etc.

We'd also like to landscape part of the grounds and create a series of waterfalls.

It could also be used to manage the forest and even as a snow plough <ok>

Sounds like you have big plans...

If you do go down that road, it would be really good to see some updates as it is coming along. I love stuff like that <ok>

Well it cuts the grass and our lass looks after the chickens ...... they're free range 7 days a week so produce delicious eggs.

Our goose is sitting on 6 eggs so we'll be naming them after each of our new signings as they arrive <laugh>

I would love to, Smug. I will be trying to get away with Sammie for a few days, during the six week holidays. We could pop in and see you, on our travels?

Our pleasure mate, the Sheikh is always very hospitable to our guests and will make you his spicy scrambled egg dish if he's here.

There's a seperate guest cottage, with it's own pool and tennis court, so you'd have your privacy.

Check it out on Google Earth ...... GU10 2ED <ok>

I've just been talking to him on WhatsApp and he's happy with this one tbh.

The problem is that this is just a 'weekend cottage' so not a big priority ..... he has endless properties including a private island.

So I'm always fighting our corner for more funds ...... I do a canny job mind <ok>
