Keen to get this one up for tomorrow... the exceptionally well handicapped ALDERLUCK in the 3.10 Bangor.. forgiven for unseating at Wincanton the last time, carried a mountain of cash when disappointing at Cheltenham in November last year...ran not too badly in between at Newbury in January, a decent race that too...makes amends tomorrow 6/1 BOG Bet365 EW.

Tomorrow is all about Pete The Feat who I snaffled at 9/4. I thought he was a little bit of a non stayer last time, and he can gallop this field into submission

First horse caught my eye also Ardent and he was punted LTO as well and went off jt fav.

He is undoubtedly well treated but comes with risks.

I see Master Malt engaged in the last at Kempton tomorrow.

Someone mentioned him earlier in the season as one to keep an eye on and an expensive purchase by JP...think it was Stick perhaps.

Slightly dodgy scope, nothing more. Gets a few days off, may or may not run again prior to the Arkle. No reaction in the Arkle market = minor, trivial.

Bobs Worth was withdrawn for exactly the same reason at Cheltenham.

    Hawkeye!...leave Sir Nicky alone!

I'll be backing him W/O Pete The Feat tomorrow but I quite fancy Top Smart to run a massive race. Really impressed on debut over fences and despite a multitude of jumping mistakes LTO on his reappearance over a trip too short he still plugged on into 3rd. Should appreciate the better ground and step back up to 3m on what will only be his 3rd start over fences. Always been a big fan of the horse and I definitely think there is more to come.

ZELKOVA ISLAND 2.50 Kempton 9-2 ran a belter behind Home Run (yeah him again) over what was definitely an inadequate trip last time. That represents fantastic form but he has been upped just 2lbs in the ratings. He is a point to point winner so has a fair amount of experience under his belt. The eyecatching booking of AP McCoy seals the deal and I think this one is a must bet over this much more suitable trip.

I did ouija but that race has too many "personal interest" horses involved for me to dabble in, Manshoor, Franklino, Thundering Home represents Home Run form and so does Ladies Dancing (bits of money at big prices). Best I just chicken out and watch that one! Good luck to you!

Not one I will be having a bet on but I am really hoping Champion Court puts in a nice tidy round and wins in a canter tomorrow. I really fancy this horse for the Ryanair at Cheltenham. Think he is made for that race.

Going to take on Pete The Feat with Moleskin. Always seems to run a good race at Kempton, the ground is what he will want and getting a load of weight from the favourite he should go close. The other I will be taking today is O'faolains Boy. Should appreciate the step up in trip and getting the 7lb claim should really help in this ground.

    Good luck all <cheers>

MOLESKIN is a great shout Brigadier. About time Dartnall had a change of fortune too.

Morning, troops. Bit of an anti-climatic day for yours truly as there is no Cocktails At Dawn. Simonsig’s absence is another blow of course for racing in the next few days. Still I’m sure that with the benefit of Mr Henderson's 'magic hands' he’ll soon return to full health and as they come down to the last in the old Arkle Simonsig will be at least a dozen lengths clear of the rest of the field.

Good luck if you do wager though.
