Hello, all. Hope everyone well.
No bet for me, of the morrow, but despite that must say I am absolutely fascinated by tomorrow's racing.
In the big heat will the hype re Brave Kingdom be justified??? Has Mr Nicholls got another superstar on his hands??? Or will Kim 'Ivy' Bailey's Fair Frontieres put up a winning performance??? He romped in by no less than 41 lengths last time.
The 2 races that really intrigue me though are Sandown's Pertemps Qualifier (3.35) and Exeter's novice chase (2.05). The former looks, as usual, to contain more plots than an Agatha Christie novel and should prove highly informative. The big question, as always in theses events, must be who will finish 6th?!? In a way though am quite surprised that ITV will be broadcasting this event as ITV 'Daytime' doesn't normally do skulduggery, underhandedness, deceit and outright deception - all of which, you can guarantee, will be contained within a Pertemps Qualifier. At any rate they haven't broadcast any of those traits since that old girl off 'Loose Women' claimed to still be in her 40's!
Meanwhile, I said on Wednesday's 'Daily Thread' how excited I was about Exeter's above race and that remains very, very much the case. Adrimel for Tom 'Fast Pacey' Lacey against Harry Fry's Boothill is I think a scintillating clash and one to watch with the old notebook. Both are potentially high class animals. I personally, right now, can't split them and those bookie chappies haven't got them much apart either offering 5/4 Boothill, 7/4 Adrimel.
Look I know I've supplied more questions than answers in this post (Saturday I hope to supply more in the way of answers as I like a lot of horses) but hope tomorrow will be really informative and go a long way to really kick-starting the old term.
Good luck, team.
