Frustrating that Back On Top just got mugged by the one I feared most in it, Bolger did well to get that one back after 1000 day's off track. Jim, Aidan or Dermot always seem to sucker punch me <laugh>

Hope you all took note of my comment on MIDTERM's debut today. Returned 8/1, a bigger price than I expected.

Smashing run I thought, was learning all the way and came home really nicely, giving the impression 10f will be nicely within compass next season!

Marsha clocked up a good time winning at Dundalk last week, getting all the weight is there anything in it to beat her here??? She could be well above average if she can win this as a 2 y-o.

Marsha the rightful fav- only thing I would say is that there should be a right pace on here and I actually fancy Zeb Un Nisa e/w to come rattling late.

Online Alexander travelling a long way too- would like to see this one tried held up and with the draw looks a sensible option.

Take Cover does the business pretty well in then end. Creditable effort from Marsha, lost nothing in defeat as they say and Speed Hawk also makes the frame, paid to be on the sharp end there.

2nd and final bet at Dundalk for the evening, Eighteen Summers 16/1e/w - is as hit and miss a horse as you will find but if he can get himself on the front end he could prove tricky to peg back here, he's plenty high in the handicap but has form in the low 80's that gives me a glimmer of hope that he can go close back on 84 here. Hopefully Wayne Lordan can get a tune out of him in a wide open contest.
