Would Ronnie Bartlett have the last word? He's a bit of a traditionalist I guess - went Arkle with Simonsig after winning the Neptune.

Although.. 2nd..but that was a proper race and Allart I'm sure will prove high class...Just the one bet for me tomorrow:
Ascot 3.05pm Fiddlerontheroof 9/4 win. (Best Odds Guaranteed) He has been a tad disappointing so far this season, but he could well have bumped in to a real decent prospect last time in Caribean Boy. Tomorrow the ground will be testing which will suit and I think as a result we will see a different performance. The fences take some jumping around Ascot and I'm not so sure some of these will be able to jump with as much fluency as the Tizzard beast in soft/heavy ground.
I will be disappointed if he doesn't go very close.
