Once again a host of top PL clubs are looking into signing Freddie Woodman with his contract due to expire.

So, why haven't we got the contract in front of him and signed? Is he crap? Is he worse than Darlow? Would he be too much? Has his fat plonk of a Dad got some input?

From the little I have seen, he has potential, and should have a contract in front of him and signed!

This has Frazer Forster written all over it again.

If we go down, he won't get a game. If we stay up, he won't get a game. If we play in cups, he won't get a game.

I like him, so I hope he goes somewhere where he can develop his talent. Do a Kasper, not a Harper.

Indeed. Always rated hi mans he is now showing exactly what we know he can do.
To let Woodman go would be negligence.

This young lad has the makings of a very good keeper and we should get him signed up immediately. His England performances have attracted a lot of interest and I'm surprised his dad hasn't tapped him up for Crystal Palace, still time, although I can see him signing for the likes of Spurs/Arsenal.

They had to let one of the two go due to the players' ages, and at the time Krul had proven himself more. If they had kept Forster and sold Krul there would have be an uproar as Krul was very highly thought of at the time. It's not as if Krul is a bad keeper.

I would still expect Woodman will sign a new deal.
