Looking for some help, I am trying to sort an xmas present for a good Pompey supporting friend of mine and looking at his era of when he got into being a fan in around 1990, the Burrows era. I know Frank would be mid 70s now, but my friend was a huge fan... was wondering if anyone knew where he ended up, was going to see if I could grab a signature from him. I know he’s a Scot so may have ended up moving back up North of the border...
Sorry pal, but can't help you on this one ! Looking at Wiki, Frank seemed to spend time either managing Pompey (twice) but also both Swansea and Cardiff (twice), but ended up in the midlands at both West Brom and Leicester. He could have returned to Scotland as you say, retired to Wales, or even the midlands. Don't believe he retired on the south coast, but who knows. Good luck in your search
