Fraizer Campbell + your future team.

Discussion in 'Sunderland' started by Heavy Metal Toon, Nov 23, 2011.

  1. Just want to ask about ya boy Fraizer Campbell.

I've only ever seen him play once for a short while so I can't really comment on the lad, the only time I think I saw him was when he scored in like the first minute against Bolton I think it was?

Anyway, he looked fast as **** to me, and his ability to put a chance away looked decent. Is that the sort of opinion you lot have of him?

He's only got 4 goals in 34, but he's still young and inexperienced really seeing as he's missed like 2 seasons through injury.

Anyways, I was just wondering, do you think at his best he's better than Gyan/Bendtner?

I could see a potential team for you that looks quite threatening, and surely would have you going for a top ten finish -

    --------------Fraizer--------Wickham-----------------------

    Larsson-------------------------------------Sessegnon

    ----------Meyler----------------Colback--------------

    Bardsley-----Brown--------Titus--------Oshea/Elmo

    -------------------Westwood----------------------

That's not an amazing team but that's probably a team I'd expect to be pushing for the top 10. Certainly not a relegation team IMO.

I wish Fraizer a speedy recovery. He looks like a decent prospect and I hope he gets back to team action again soon.

He started off on the right wing and the more the season progressed the better he got. Around February time he then moved upfront alongside Bent when Jones was dropped and he was really good. Pre-season he was on fire scored about 8 in 4 or 5 games approx. Shortly afterwards he got his injury and hasn't been since.

If he can get himself back to that level he'll be a very good player for us. Your right though he was like lightning, hopefully he hasn't lost that pace.

  6. I hardly ever come on here trolling. I rarely post on here and it's normally in good taste, and most of the time in good banter.
