the usual suspects have totally ruined that place

Some clown called fyl2u has spent the entire thread bickering and posting shyte ...

... then 'likes' the post where a Mod tells people to stop bickering and locks the thread.

Sadly these forums are just a game for sad losers who obviously can't interact in the real world.

I've been told to expect a follow up article from Hetherington who seems to have an 'in' with someone close to the action.

I'm hoping for this weekend, nothing earth shattering but every little helps.

This is grindingly slow for us but normal practice for people with solicitors and advisers all desperate to prove their worth.

It's becoming like an elephant getting pregnant then giving birth ...

... an exciting splurt at the start, months of tiny movements then a massive rebirth at the end of it all <laugh>
hello mate,

been out the loop for a while with work, see the usual point scorers are still out in force :emoticon-0140-rofl:

Whats been going on with the acquisition of the club? can you sum up in a few sentences please?

he just believes what he wants to believe and ignores the evidence in front of him.

I have no new news but I've been told the FPP stance hasn't changed.

They wanted the club and still do but the terms have to be right.

As things stand they've registered a company at the SOL, done due diligence, passed EFL and are the largest investor in the club.

I've absolutely no idea what Donald means, with his statements, or plans to do.

One side is totally professional and methodical ...

... then there's Donald <laugh>

Thanks for the quick update.

I think the bloke is bi polar, the sooner he moves on the better, I don't have any problem with him, I really do think he had a vision, which really didn't pay off, his gamble was on us getting promotion and selling at a better price, and we all know how that chapter ended.

As for FPP, it would be really good to eventually have these on board and see if we can get the right Chief Exec and footballing staff into the club.

Only time will tell, at least we have improved on the pitch which is a nice break from all the negativity which has been spun on here and over the road.

3 points tonight will be a cracking start to the weekend, Haway the Lads :emoticon-0137-clapp

Well, turned up at colliery last night as per oddbods (from RTG) invite, messaged him on arrival, had a look around, no one in sight that fitted the description given to me, no response to my message. What an utter utter cad, inviting me to meet him and not showing up. Pure downright rudeness. LOL.
Rudeness or cowardice

His mam must've caught him sneaking out and grounded him

Yet you choose to say nothing about them but have a pop at me when I respond.

If it's 'just a messageboard' as you say why are you whining about my comment.

What you're saying is that I should ignore his comments but you come on here to pull me up about mine ...

... brilliant <doh>

Did he tell you to die? No. I don't have a problem with him saying you can't take criticism. That's the difference.

If what Methven said about Donald negotiating with multiple parties is true - and it is an if - then it would mean FPP have given their consent to him doing that. It would seem if they have they're either saying to him 'go and see what else is out there and if it's better, fair enough', or they have said they're happy to walk away.

Hopefully it's the former.

Surely they cannot stop him talking to who he likes what they can do though is stop him selling to anyone else so why should they say anything
